Cancellations made more than 72 hours before scheduled check-in are eligible for a full refund minus a $10.00 processing fee.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of scheduled arrival will forfeit the first night's payment plus the $10.00 processing fee.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of scheduled arrival on Memorial Day weekend, Independence holiday weekend, Labor Day weekend and Octoberfest (Sept 14-17) are subject to loss of entire stay regardless of situation or health status.

Change Policy: Cancellation fees do not apply to a change of date for reservations made by phone, email, or in person.

Payment Policy: Payment for the full reservation is required at the time of booking. Advanced payments made over the internet by the provided payment card (credit/debit) are processed by Leisure Interactive, LLC for the amount of the reservation, including charges incurred while at the property, and any outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure.
